The Korean Peninsula is once again tense. North Korea conducted an intercontinental ballistic missile test yesterday, threatening the US. It has been confirmed by Japanese and North Korean authorities. The missile landed in the Sea of Japan on Wednesday morning. It drifted eastward for some time and fell into the sea at 11.15 am Japan time. This matter was disclosed by the Coast Guard of the country. Yo Jong, the sister of North Korea's North Korea, fired on America yesterday. They warned that Washington's surveillance planes would be shot down if they intruded into their territory. With this, South Korea, America and Japan have also increased joint military maneuvers to withstand Pyongyang's aggression. • Read also: Sweden into NATO

On the other hand, the United States has rejected North Korea's accusations. It said that its military patrol activities are being carried out within the borders. Since the beginning of 2022, North Korea has conducted more than 100 missile tests. North Korea also failed to launch a surveillance satellite this year. It launched the most powerful intercontinental ballistic missile last April. US Korea is developing ICBMs capable of hitting the US mainland.
