CUET -2023 Admissions

The Common University Entrance Test (CUET) UG 2023 notification for admissions to undergraduate programs offered by Central Universities, Participating Universities, Deemed Universities, Autonomous Colleges, and Government/Private Universities across the country have been released. This exam is conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA). The exam can be written in 13 mediums including Hindi, English, Telugu, and Urdu. Candidates can write the exam in a minimum of three and a maximum of ten subjects. Admissions will be provided through a single-window system.


Eligibility: Candidates who have passed Inter/ 12th pass/ equivalent course from a recognized board/ preparing for final year exams can apply. Diploma completion of minimum three years duration; Passed Higher Secondary Certificate Vocational Examination; Completed Advanced Level of General Certificate Education Examination; Those who have passed the High School Certificate Examination from Cambridge University can also apply. There is no age limit.


CUTE UG 2023 Details: It is a computer-based test. All are multiple-choice questions. It has three sections. The first section consists of section 1A and section 1B language tests. Out of which 50 questions are given related to reading comprehension and vocabulary. Of these 40 questions should be answered. The second section consists of domain subject tests. Out of which 45 or 50 questions will be asked based on Inter/ XII syllabus. Of these 35 or 40 questions should be answered. In the third section, there is a general test. In this, 60 questions will be given from General Knowledge, Current Affairs, General Mental Ability, Numerical Ability, Quantitative Reasoning, and Logical and Analytical Reasoning. Of these 50 questions should be answered. The question is allotted five marks. One mark will be deducted if the answer is wrong.
