You can easily make these yourself.



Glycerin Lotion

Ingredients

Coconut oil – one cup,

Glycerin – a quarter cup of,

Rose essential oil – five or six drops .


Preparation

First, take coconut oil and glycerin in a bowl and mix well. Add drops of essential oil to this mixture and mix again. This lotion can be used for a month. Makes the skin soft and shiny without drying it out. This is best way for dry skin in winter.



With honey

Ingredients

Honey – Three spoons,

Shea butter – half a cup,

Coconut oil and essential oil – five or six drops.


Preparation

Put coconut oil, honey, and shea butter in a bowl and mix well. This mixture should be heated in a double boiler. Keep mixing with a spoon till it becomes thick. After that, cool it and keep it in the fridge for an hour. It can be used for three to four weeks if you mix drops of essential oil and store them in a bottle. This procedure helps for dry skin in winter.



Are applying moisturizer?

Dry skin is one of the winter problems. If it is neglect, it will look unattractive. If you still ignore it, it will be broken. To keep it well follow these.


If you apply moisturizer to the skin after taking a bath, the skin will not be dry and will be soft. Skin problems like burning and itching do not occur. The skin gets light. Protects from the heat of the sun. Prevents wrinkles and age spots. Protects sensitive skin. After showering with hot water, apply moisturizer to the scalp. It feels very fresh. Without drying the skin

Many people bathe in hot water during winter. But this is not good for the skin as it removes the natural oils that keep the skin smooth and moist, skin becomes dry. Apply sunscreen lotion before going out in the sun.

• Use warm water instead of cold water to avoid drying out the skin.


• Mash the pieces of papaya and add one lemon to make a paste. Applying the mixture to the skin will keep the skin fresh and glowing in winter


• The more times a day you moisturize the skin, the better.


• Lips become dry during winters. The skin on them cracks. Applying lip balm or ghee will make the lips soft.
